Angry Birds is now a candy

Angry Birds game maker, Rovio Entertainment, is now playing a character in a franchised new products, candy!


Franchise rights were given to the family company from Finland, Fazer (read Fatser), which produces foods such as bread and sweets (candy).

"Angry Birds Fazer candy will be available on store shelves worldwide in May," so named in an announcement on the official site Fazer.


There are two types of Angry Birds Fazer candy packaging. A candy-shaped packaging contains the character 'a flock of birds' and other packaging containing the character pork, eggs are stolen, and as building blocks in the game.


"We are very proud to introduce this candy product that best represents the sensation of Fazer and imaginative product development with Rovio Enterntainment," said Managing Director of Fazer Bakeries and Confectionery, Pekka Rantala.


Candy Angry Birds offers a variety of fruit, ie strawberries, limes, oranges, wild berries, cola with flavors of lemon, apple, pear, caramel, and pineapple. Fatzer also made a promotional video of this candy Angry Birds.

Fazer's official announcement did not say when the product would be present in Indonesia, but the candy Angry Birds planned to attend in the summer of this year in China
